Once shipped, all sales are final. You may be responsible for additional taxes or import fees upon delivery as per local laws/regulations. If there is a problem with your order please contact us by email at email@example.com and we'd be happy to help any way we can.
Update for international customers:
We are now shipping worldwide again! Due to an unusually high amount of lost package claims, insurance is added to all orders shipped outside of the US. Coverage for damage or loss is provided by Shipsurance. For claims of loss/undelivered items we must wait 45 calendar days before a claim can be submitted. During the claims process, Shipsurance will require you to submit a recipient statement/affidavit. Purchaser will be eligible for refund of cost of purchased items once claim is approved and processed. Tracking may not be available after your package has left the US.
